So today is the first day of the rest of my life.
And also the first day of my restaurant consultation with Amy Riolo!
We are working with the owners of B&B Empire Bagels to improve their business.
Everything from menu changes, recipe costing, and local market research will be done as a way of helping this wonderful Ukrainian family succeed in the tough world of New York bagels.
There is more to be said, but it will have to wait until tomorrow.
I'm so tired from my day of traveling and walking, I can barely stay awake!
